Nicole Lauria is the Founder and CEO of Nicole Lauria Consulting, where she helps organizations develop stronger leaders, healthier workplace cultures, and customer experiences that create measurable business results.
During her 25-year career with The Walt Disney Company, Nicole held multiple leadership development and organizational consulting roles, where she designed leadership programs, facilitated executive development, evaluated organizational effectiveness, and partnered with leaders to build cultures that inspire both employees and customers.
Today, Nicole works with corporations, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and professional associations across the United States and internationally. Her consulting approach blends strategic thinking with practical implementation, helping organizations move beyond ideas to lasting transformation.
A graduate of Warner Southern College with a degree in Organizational Development, Nicole combines academic expertise with decades of real-world experience. Whether coaching executives, facilitating workshops, or delivering keynote presentations, her focus remains the same: equipping leaders with practical strategies that create meaningful impact.
